1. About the Business
Noor Books is an individual proprietorship owned and operated by Noor Books, registered at A-15/50, A Block, Gandhi Path W, Gandhi Path, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021, India. We sell digital Islamic books and offer optional reading guidance to readers across India.
2. Nature of Our Products
Noor Books sells digital books:
- Purchases are completed online, with payment processed securely via Cashfree or Razorpay
- Books are delivered as digital files (PDF and similar formats) via a secure, time-limited download link
- Delivery is instant — your download link is available immediately after payment is confirmed
- Optional reading guidance sessions are arranged separately and coordinated directly with you
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or purchasing as the parent/guardian of a minor reader
- The information you provide (name, contact details, address) is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to use the payment method used to complete the transaction
Payment processing: All payments are handled by Cashfree or Razorpay — both licensed, RBI-regulated payment gateways. Card numbers, UPI PINs, and netbanking credentials are entered directly into the gateway’s own secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
Orders are marked “Payment Received” automatically once payment is verified, and your download link is generated at that point. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or fraud is suspected, with a full refund issued in such cases.
4. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive a secure, time-limited download link for your purchased book(s), available on your order confirmation page and invoice page. Download links expire after a defined period for security purposes.
If your link has expired or you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us at Support@noorbooks.store and we will issue a replacement.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact details provided at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
All books and content sold by Iqra Noor remain the intellectual property of their respective authors or publishers, or of Iqra Noor where explicitly stated. You may use purchased books for your own personal reading. You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute purchased books without written permission
- Sell or sublicense any purchased book to third parties
- Remove copyright notices or attributions from any book file
6. Reading Guidance Sessions
Reading guidance is a separate, optional service governed by the scope agreed before the session. By booking a session or plan, you agree to scheduled timing confirmed in advance, and understand that recommendations are limited to our own catalogue and offered in good faith.
7. GST and Invoicing
Prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. An 18% GST is applied at checkout. A dedicated invoice page is generated automatically for every completed order, with a full GST breakdown, and can be viewed or printed at any time via the link provided after payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
Iqra Noor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our books or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific book or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Modifications to Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any book or service at any time without prior notice. Prices may change without notice. Changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
